The wheelhouse is fully equipped with a large range of electronic navigation and fish finding equipment.

She has Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) code of practise certification.
The Lady Karen Portrush is passed to MCA Category 4 for 8 passengers plus 1 crew for upto 20 miles offshore.
